RideLondon 100 miles for Sue Ryder

I missed out on the ballot for RideLondon 100 miles so I decided to get an entry via a charity place, this has given me even more motivation to train and support a great charity. I chose Sue Ryder who provide compassionate care and support for people with palliative, long-term and end of life needs. This blog will chart my journey as I get ready for 100 miles in August. Amazing what you can find in a hedge

What a difference a few days make. On Friday it was so wet & cold but today the sun was out so went for a long ride. Was hoping to do 40 miles but it was so good I ended up doing 60 miles including some big climbs!! Well pleased.

This fine chap is at the gateway of a large house up in The Chilterns.

60 miles on banana beer - excellent. Enjoy the weather. I've come done with illness but hope to get to 1000 miles next weekend!!! All tbe best
