RideLondon 100 miles for Sue Ryder

I missed out on the ballot for RideLondon 100 miles so I decided to get an entry via a charity place, this has given me even more motivation to train and support a great charity. I chose Sue Ryder who provide compassionate care and support for people with palliative, long-term and end of life needs. This blog will chart my journey as I get ready for 100 miles in August. Its almost warm out there

Had a great ride this morning, made sure it was a hilly route so well please with 1,287 ft of climbing over a 40 mile route and still averaged 16 mph. Time now for a BBQ and a beer, or two.
