RideLondon 100 miles for Sue Ryder

I missed out on the ballot for RideLondon 100 miles so I decided to get an entry via a charity place, this has given me even more motivation to train and support a great charity. I chose Sue Ryder who provide compassionate care and support for people with palliative, long-term and end of life needs. This blog will chart my journey as I get ready for 100 miles in August. Is it too much too ask for a dry day in May?

As we come to the end of what may be one of the wettest Springs on record I hope to get out for a ride on Saturday morning without the need for full waterproofs. Lets hope.

I think the weather is improving, it has certainly been off-putting.

It certainly has been. Looks like the rain may be easing off but the wind is still there.
