RideLondon 100 miles for Sue Ryder

I missed out on the ballot for RideLondon 100 miles so I decided to get an entry via a charity place, this has given me even more motivation to train and support a great charity. I chose Sue Ryder who provide compassionate care and support for people with palliative, long-term and end of life needs. This blog will chart my journey as I get ready for 100 miles in August. Now it's getting hot.

Was 18C when I left home at 08:00 and got to 38C by 12:00 really noticed it getting hotter as the ride went on. It just comes a s a shock when its so much warmer than just coupe of weeks back. Anyway will probably be back to normal by the weekend!! Was shattered by the time we got home so had a afternoon nap :)
