RideLondon 100 miles for Sue Ryder

I missed out on the ballot for RideLondon 100 miles so I decided to get an entry via a charity place, this has given me even more motivation to train and support a great charity. I chose Sue Ryder who provide compassionate care and support for people with palliative, long-term and end of life needs. This blog will chart my journey as I get ready for 100 miles in August. 275 miles for the month

Well chuffed, got a quick ride in today and have manged 275 miles for the month. Did manage to find a hailstorm though which wasn't much fun. Hard to believe it was 21C on Thursday
