I missed out on the ballot for RideLondon 100 miles so I decided to get an entry via a charity place, this has given me even more motivation to train and support a great charity. I chose Sue Ryder who provide compassionate care and support for people with palliative, long-term and end of life needs.
This blog will chart my journey as I get ready for 100 miles in August. If you would like to donate and help motivate me please click my black & white photo. Many thanks Martin.

A new record
A good group ride, and went up the Stokenchurch cutting for the first time this year. Nearly averaged 17mph but a bad head wind for the last 4 miles put pay to that. Now where is that cake?
You are certainly getting the miles in, great. I wish I could say the same, not working out the last week. Will find a window soon.
