I missed out on the ballot for RideLondon 100 miles so I decided to get an entry via a charity place, this has given me even more motivation to train and support a great charity. I chose Sue Ryder who provide compassionate care and support for people with palliative, long-term and end of life needs.
This blog will chart my journey as I get ready for 100 miles in August. If you would like to donate and help motivate me please click my black & white photo. Many thanks Martin.

No turbo today
Managed to get out for a ride. Great to be back up the hills, even if they are harder than i remember. Hope to get up to 100 miles for the year so far.
Hurrah indeed. Was pretty cold up on the Chilterns, with loads of snow still on the sides of the road. Good to see you got a 35 mile ride in last week, getting there!!
Hurrah!
