RideLondon 100 miles for Sue Ryder

I missed out on the ballot for RideLondon 100 miles so I decided to get an entry via a charity place, this has given me even more motivation to train and support a great charity. I chose Sue Ryder who provide compassionate care and support for people with palliative, long-term and end of life needs. This blog will chart my journey as I get ready for 100 miles in August. Bring on the hamster wheel

Didn't make it out today so another 40 minutes on the turbo, all helps though. Hoping to get out tomorrow for a real ride, as long as the snow stays away.
