I missed out on the ballot for RideLondon 100 miles so I decided to get an entry via a charity place, this has given me even more motivation to train and support a great charity. I chose Sue Ryder who provide compassionate care and support for people with palliative, long-term and end of life needs.

On Saturday morning I hope to get out for a couple of hours on the mountain bike. At the moment it is getting pretty cold and we may even get some snow which should liven things up a bit.
